SNAP: Symbiosis National Aptitude Test

The SNAP is an entrance test conducted for admission to all postgraduate courses in colleges and business schools under deemed university Symbiosis International University (SIU). The flagship business school that accepts SNAP scores is the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM).


Graduate from any recognised/statutory university or institute with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST). Programs that require specific discipline or subject specialisation need to be checked for eligibility as given by the respective institute. A candidate who has completed qualifying degree from any foreign university must obtain an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). Candidates need to get all foreign degrees/qualifications verified by the AIU before seeking admission to any program of SIU. The Evaluation Division of the AIU issues equivalence certificate for foreign degrees/qualifications.

  • Marking Scheme: : Analytical and Logical Reasoning questions carry 2 marks, the rest carry one mark each. 1/4th negative marking for every wrong answer.
